SHIPPING POLICY

Southern Flora Farms ships all of our fresh cut flowers via overnight shipping and our other perishable goods via Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx. Upon shipping, you will receive a tracking number for your order. You will also receive an email notification once your package has been delivered. Exact delivery times will depend on the service available to your address. 

We ship Monday through Friday which means deliveries are typically available Tuesday through Friday.

Please review your shipping address carefully when inputting your order. Incorrect delivery addresses will incur a $30 fee for changes or redirects once the package has been submitted to the carrier and are not guaranteed once a tracking number has been issued. Southern Flora Farms is not responsible for any issues resulting from incorrect delivery information provided.


Southern Flora Farms is not responsible for packages received after the specified delivery date, or packages that are lost, stolen or damaged once in the hands of the carrier. We package our flowers the best possible way to ensure their safety while in transit, but there are instances when packages are mishandled and damaged by the carrier. In the event your package is delayed or damaged, please contact us so we can file a claim for your damaged goods. If the claim is paid by the shipping company, we will issue a credit to your account. Claims take 30-90 days to be evaluated and paid. Southern Flora Farms is not responsible for reimbursing damaged product not covered by the carrier.
